Background
This cause is especially meaningful to me as my father Carl suffered from Vascular Dementia for many years prior to his passing. Vascular dementia is a chronic condition that can rob individuals of their memory, cognitive function, and independence. It is caused by reduced blood flow to the brain, often related to stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. Your contribution helps fund education, treatment programs that can help improve quality of life for those affected, and research that can help us learn more about how to prevent and manage this devastating condition.
