Carl Foster Hartzell, 77, of Grants Pass, Oregon, passed away on March 17, 2025. Born on October 17, 1947, Carl was a loving and patient father, husband, and friend. He is survived by his wife and soulmate, Linda, and his sister, Kathy, his 9 children, 35 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by daughter, Trisha and brother, Al.

A devoted member of the LDS Church, Carl was also a passionate ham radio enthusiast who built many friendships in the community. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
