Carl Ray Eddington was born on October 3rd, 1968 in Paris Tx to the Parentage of the late Otis Eddington and Earlene Marie Eddington. He attended West Lamar/Delmar High School in Paris, Texas. He later entered Gary Job Corps in San Marcos Tx where he received his GED and Certificates of Completion in Culinary and Welding Skills.
