It is with great sadness we mourn the loss of Carl Stafford Cook, who was taken from his beloved family at his home on July 6, 2021. He was 71 years old.
Carl attended Bridgewater Raritan High School, West graduating in 1968. He then attended West Virginia University, transferring to Lynchburg College, Lynchburg, Virginia where he graduated with a BS in Psychology in 1972.
An early marriage to Patricia Buscarini produced Carl’s cherished children, Stacey (Clark) and Patrick. A subsequent marriage of 30+ years to Chi Cook, brought their dear son, Ryan to the family.
Carl was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. His greatest joy was to spend time with his children and their families. He was father-in-law to Steve Clark and Rebecca Cook and grandfather to Sophia Claire Clark, Nolan Robert Clark, Ella Mae Cook and Henry Stafford Cook.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents, John G and Mary E Cook and older sister, Sharon (Licsio). He is survived by his sister, Diane (Radimack) and his wife, children and grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate Carl’s life is planned for later this summer. For information, please contact the family.
