Cara Connelly, 54, of Palos Verdes Estates, CA, passed away on December 29, 2020.

Cara was born on July 3, 1966 to George and Joneal Richardson in Forest City, IA. After graduating from Irondale High School in 1984, she went on to double major in Biology and Biochemistry at the University of Minnesota.

In 1987 on New Year's Eve, she met Michael Connelly, and they wed on October 16, 1993, going on to have two children, Anna (born 1995) and Jack (born 2000).

When Cara had Anna, she decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Cara excelled at propping up Anna, Jack, and Mike and supporting them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives.

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to 1253 Via Landeta Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274.
