Carol's obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved matriarch, Carol Kolosk, who shuffled off this mortal coil on January 31st, 2025. Born on October 7th, 1930, Caol lived a full and meaningful life. Her physical presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy is bound to continue inspiring those who knew her.
Known for her generosity, courtesy, and tender loving nature, Carol enjoyed her proactive role in her family's life. She was a beacon of love and kindness, principles she not only lived by but also instilled in her children and grandchildren. It was these qualities that made her the matriarch she was, loved, respected, and cherished by many.
Throughout her life, Carol held a deep and profound love for animals. This led her to teach invaluable lessons on patience, portraying the importance of co-existing harmoniously with all creatures. Her greatest accomplishment, she would often say, was her family. She leaves behind a rich tapestry of memories woven with love and dedication.
Carol spent most of her life in Waukesha County, WI, where she moved in 1942. The bonds she formed and the relationships nurtured there remained dear to her through her lifetime.
She is survived by her devoted daughters, Tammy Koloske, and her granddaughters, Katie Jakobson and Jennifer Spindlow. They were her pride and joy, and she was their guiding star. Her son, Joseph Koloske, also survives her, carrying forward her lessons and love. She was predeceased by her loving spouse, Ed Koloske, and her son John Koloske. Each of them held a special place in her heart.
As we mourn the loss of Carol, we also celebrate her life and the love she bestowed upon us. Her memory will live on, a testament to a life well-lived. So, as we say goodbye, we keep in mind that her legacy of love, kindness, and family will continue to guide us.
