Callahan is survived by his parents Lisa and Mark Tagal of Mountlake Terrace, WA, as well as Patrick and Kathleen Supplee of Paia, HI, his siblings Madeline Gysler (Kyle Gysler), Cameron Supplee, Hannah Samsen, Noah Samsen, Mikaila Samsen, Phoenix Tagal, and Tristan Gayden. He also leaves his maternal grandparents Jeri Anderson of Mountlake Terrace, WA and Allen Anderson of Seattle, WA and paternal grandparents Neal and Janice Supplee of Mukilteo, WA, Judy Supplee (deceased), as well as paternal step-grandparents Carol and Tony Tagal of Kaneohe, HI. He is also survived by his girlfriend Tessa Carty of Purdy, WA, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a world full of friends.

Patrick Callahan Supplee, 20, of Shoreline and Gig Harbor Washington, died unexpectedly on Sunday, December 8th, 2019. He was born September 3rd, 1999 in Seattle, WA, the firstborn son of Patrick Supplee and Lisa (Anderson) Tagal. He attended Shorecrest and Peninsula High Schools. A celebration of Callahan’s life will be held on Sunday, December 15th between 1:00pm and 3:00pm at The Mountlake Terrace Community Senior Center at Ballinger Park (23000 Lakeview Drive, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043). We will be meeting in the Lakeview Room. All are welcome – please join us in celebrating Callahan’s extraordinary life. There will be some food, but if there is something that reminds you of him, please feel free to bring it. We would appreciate it if you would wear bright clothing , anything bright and fun. We look forward to seeing each of you this coming Sunday.
