Caleb Furnas, age 27, passed away on February 20, 2026, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Caleb was a kind, compassionate, funny, and warm-hearted soul whose presence could fill any room with light. He had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and welcome, often lifting others up with his humor and steady support.

As a son, Caleb loved deeply and shared a special bond with both his mother and father. As a brother, he was loyal, protective, and always willing to show up when it mattered most. As an uncle, he brought laughter, playfulness, and a gentle heart. And as a friend, he was the one you could call at any hour — the first to encourage, the first to defend, and the first to remind you that you weren’t alone.

Caleb found joy in life’s adventures. He loved disc golf, longboarding, movies, traveling, caring for his plants, and spending time with his beloved dog. He embraced both the thrill of new experiences and the comfort of the people and things he loved most. His laugh was contagious, his heart was generous, and his warmth left a lasting imprint on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather; his three siblings; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law; his cherished niece and nephews, who brought him immense joy; his three step-siblings, and his devoted dog, Oskar, who walked through life with him. Caleb now joins his father, who passed away in 2012.

Though his time with us was far too short, the love Caleb gave so freely will continue to ripple through the lives he touched.
