Bryan's obituary
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Bryan Delashmet I, a loving family member and a friend to all whose lives he touched, on April 29, 2025. He was born on November 7, 1973.
He is survived by his children; daughters Brianna and Madelyn Delashmet, and sons Bryan and Tyler Delashmet. His memory will continue to be cherished by his brothers, Sonny Delashmet, Juan Flores and Chuy Flores, as well as his sisters-in-law Elizabeth Flores, Cara Flores and Christie Delashmet. His loss also affects his nephews Jesus Flores Jr., Cole Delashmet, Chase Delashmet, Jacob Flores, and Joey Flores, and his nieces Maryellen Flores, Evelin Flores, and Kayla Delashmet. His cousins and friends Mario Doria, Albert Doria, Andrew and Renee Martinez, Ronnie Haar and Jacky Haar, Guero and Gloria Garcia, Uncle Albert Doria, Nelson Martinez, and many more, are left to remember his legacy. Bryan was predeceased by his mother, Mary DelToro, and his Aunt Veronica Doria. He also left behind his one and only grandchild at the time, Arianna Lyle, and his soon-to-be-born grandson, whom inherited his middle name.
Sporting a funny and witty personality, Bryan was known to be a jokester who lit up every room he entered. His love for tacos and wings held no bounds, and he enjoyed listening to old country and hip-hop music. A loyal supporter of the Tampa Bay Bucs and Florida State University, he embraced the spirit of the games with lively enthusiasm.
Aside from his vibrant persona, Bryan was a lover of the outdoors. Fishing, boating, golfing, going to church, and visiting any beach to feel the sand between his toes were among his favorite activities. He admired the calming shades of mint green and salmon, which reflected his tranquil and peaceful nature.
Bryan Delashmet will forever be remembered for the laughter he shared and the good times spent with him. His passing is a significant loss to us all, and he will be dearly missed. May his soul find peace and comfort that we all could not provide during his last days. The family wishes to express their gratitude for the condolences and support provided during this difficult time. His ashes were spread off the coast of Naples, FL, where he can forever chase sunsets, something he always enjoyed.
