Bruce was born on April 29,1955 to Charles Able Shepard and Betty Lyda Shepard in Clinton,SC. He went on to join the Navy and served for 6 years.
He was a Father to Angel Shepard,Bruce Shepard Jr,Anthony Shepard and Crystal Hicks(Justin) and a Papa to 4 grandkids William Hicks,Alyssa Shepard,Elijah Hicks and Madaleigh Hicks. He is survived by all 4 children, grandchildren,Sister Laura Shepard …
