Obituary

Brookey Ann Pettry, 69, of Princeton died at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital on April 23, 2022 from injuries sustained in a car accident. She was born January 17, 1953 in Beckley to the late Jesse and Orpha Marcum Brookey was a cosmetologist, having graduated from Little Frenches Beauty Academy. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband who passed away in the same accident, her brother Ivory Marcum, niece Melanie Ellis. Those left to cherish her memory are her children Christina Lynn Henderson, Erica Henderson Warner and Eric Marcum. Grandchildren Brooklynn Broomfield, Phillip Henderson, Micah Henderson Jordan Broomfield, Alex Marcum, Rhett Marcum, Brookey Marcum. Sister Delores Bowles and husband Kenny. A visitation will be held Friday April 29, 2022 from 5 PM- 7 PM at Fredeking Funeral Service. A graveside service will be held on Monday May 2, 2022, 10 AM at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton.
