Brian Edward Tice, 57 passed away on April 10, 2020 in Harlan, Ia. From COPD and congestive heart failure.
He was loved by many. He had a huge heart and could always make you smile. He left behind his mom, Martha Tice and his brother and 3 sisters and their children.
