Brian Wayne Self, age 37, passed away from Covid at Hillcrest South Hospital in Tulsa, OK on July 11, 2021.
He will always be remembered for his big heart and his kind and loving nature. His 6'5 stature always demanded presense whenever he walked into a room with that big smile of his.
