Brian O'Neill "Q.B.", 75, of Jurupa Valley, CA, passed away on May 01, 2022.
Brian was born on November 12. 1946 to Norma G. Edwards & Kennth J. ONeill in Warren Ohio.
Brian was the kindest man to walk the face of the earth (not including Jesus), so this is going to take some time to really catch the essence of his life... so to be continued.
