Brian Douglas Mander passed away suddenly at age 64. He was raised in Montreal ,Quebec as a twin in a large family . He spent much of his youth in Texas , as his Dad worked for TI as an Mechanical Engineering role. His Mom was very religious and lived a full life raising children and teaching.He worked hard at jobs and easily made friends and acquaints. He had a hearty laugh and a generous …
