There will be signs directing guests to the 5th floor to the room where the event is held, any hotel staff member can help direct you if needed.
Light beverages will be provided as well as seating. There will be a microphone available to share stories and memories of Brian’s wonderful life. If you wish to share, please let Beth Long or one of Brian’s family members know so we can ensure you are able to have time to share!
