Brian Earl Jones was born on August 9,1964 in Los Angeles, California. He was the second son born to Nancy Jacquelyn Jones and Earl Jones Jr. Brian attended public schools of Los Angeles, where he graduated from Pacific Palisades High School in 1982.

Following high school, he attended Santa Monica College where he developed an acute interest in film and television. After brief stints in both the retail and banking industries, Brian found his way to Time Warner Cable Company, now known as Spectrum, where he quickly became a familiar face of the company. His coworkers knew him as the guy with lots of cheer, good conversation and all the answers. His memory was impeccable.

Brian looked up to his older brother Duane. As adults they often spent hours conversing over the phone reminiscing on their favorite decades of music and good times from their adolescence. Every Sunday you could find him enjoying quality time with family at the Jones Residence over dinner and laughter.

Brian is remembered for his infectious smile and quick wit. With his 6’4 inch stature, he was known to many as a gentle giant. To his friends, he was someone with a heart of gold and was extremely caring and sincere. He had a big personality and would make friends effortlessly. People were drawn to him. He could make you laugh uncontrollably and had a smile that lit up a room. He will truly be missed. Brian is survived by his brother Duane, Sister-In Law, Jennell, Uncle Bro, nieces Tiffany, Brittany, Stephanie, Brielle, Brooke, cousins Dion , Andrea, and loved ones.
