Cindy, Amanda, Jake, and the rest of all the amazing family members, my sincere condolences to all of you from Me, My Son Joseph and Family, as well as my daughter Kathryn and her Family.
What wonderful neighbors came into my life about nine years ago. There was nothing I could ask for that this amazing couple would not grant for me. Cindy and Brian became my two partners in crime. Always saving me from one peril or another. The last funny one was from helping me down from on top of the roof. I climbed but didn’t feel safe getting down. Had to wait a bit as they were in town. It was okay with me because I didn’t want the cops, ambulance, and fire department coming over and I would be all over the San Marcos News, Lol! Yep, Brian was a very special, kind man, a hidden hero in disguise, here’s to You Neighbor. I know Cindy will miss you dearly as you did everything together. Brian don’t worry because there will be lots of Family and Friends taking care of your One and Only Beloved Gal, Cindy. Now, Rest In Heavenly Peace as you continue to make Friends in Heaven.

My condolences to Brian's family. I first met Brian in my neighborhood, when he and his wife Cindy moved in with there son Jacob in Buda I’m 2010. You couldn’t ask for a better friend. He was the best. The most caring, big hearted person I have ever known. Brian never met a stranger. He welcome my husband George like he had known him always. They hit it off like best buds.
When you visited his house, he and Cindy would make you feel at home and serve the best food you could ever eat. Brian was an amazing cook. He was an amazing host. I loved him like a brother and he touches my heart In so many ways. I will never forget you brother. RIP until we meet again. Love Shannon and George Gutierrez
