Brian was a fun loving, kind hearted soul who brightened the hearts of all who knew him. He loved children and was an attentive grandfather. Especially fond of “Funkle Brian” were the nieces and nephews, each with their own special fun memories. He loved his family with a passion and was known as the Chef of the family. Brian loved learning and was a student at UNT persuing his Masters Degree. He was recipient to several scholarships and awards during his education. Brian attended public school in Canton and later in Tyler.

Thank you for loving Brian as we did! He had a special way of making each of us feel important with his bigger than life hugs, sparkling brown eyes and sideways grin . A celebration of life is being planned at a later date in his honor.
