Sweet, kind, easy-going, Brett may have spent his young years as everyone’s kid brother, but he grew into a man full of heart with a laugh that was signature of his lovable spirit. Born the youngest of five boys to parents Carole & William in Monclova, OH, Brett grew up surrounded by a large family. He moved to the Boston area in 2009 with his wife Lindsay, and together, they loved exploring the beauty of New England with their companion Jethro at their side. He loved the outdoors, from fishing to hiking — even gardening, where he successfully grew Ohio sweet corn in his backyard in Boston. Growing Ohio sweet corn in Mass was just one of Brett’s culinary adventures. He loved grilling — outdoors, of course, no matter the weather — and created his own blend of seasoning spices dubbed “Bubba’s Best BBQ Rub,” a nod to Jethro’s nickname. He earned his Bachelors of science in biology, minor in chemistry, from Worcester State University, and his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS. Also a member of the Chi lota Chapter of the national biological honor society, Beta Beta Beta, he was an Orthopedic Surgery PA at Milford Regional Medical Center since 2018. He’s survived by his wife Lindsay, parents William & Carole, brothers Chad (Wiwik), Ryan, Josh (Jess), Jacob (Eva), and Bree; in-laws David & Ellen Hartley, Jennifer (Shane); nieces & nephews Gage, Isabella, Asoka & Harrison.
