Brenda's obituary
Brenda is survived by her loving family; her mother Phyllis Warner; her brother Bruce Warner (Monica); her daughter Jamie Mackie; her son Ian Washburn (Mary). and her 3 grandchildren, Brayden Mackie (Aubrie) and Sawyer Mackie; and Ivy Washburn.
Brenda was known for her contagious laughter and compassionate heart. She loved spending time at the beach, finding peace in the waves and sand or sitting in her Florida room chatting with neighbors and drinking coffee. She also loved plants and gardening. When not outdoors, Brenda enjoyed watching Hallmark Movies, HGTV and Food Network shows, working on her diamond paintings, Cooking, or having friends over to play Yahtzee, Her personality was a beacon of optimism, her strength was inspiring, and her kindness knew no bounds.
In her words and actions, Brenda often reminded us to 'Never give up.' She embodied this lesson in every facet of her life, demonstrating a resilience and determination that will continue to inspire those who knew her.
Brenda's joyous spirit, her zest for life, and her unwavering kindness will be sorely missed but forever remembered by her family and friends. We take comfort in knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in our hearts, guiding us through life's ups and downs, just as she always did.
