Brenda "Gail" Romines, age 60, of Oak Ridge, passed away on January 24, 2026. She was born on July 29, 1965, and spent most of her life in Sevierville, Tennessee.

Gail was preceded in death by her loving parents, Margaret "Granny" and Charles "Poppy" Douglas, along with her brother-in-law Brett Ownby.

She leaves behind her devoted husband of 45 years, Dwain, as well as her children, Stephanie and Daniel (Laura). Her grandchildren, Amicia and JD, who brought her so much joy. Gail is also survived by her sisters Mickey Blackman, Milly Douglas, and Libby Hyrtle; her brother Charles "Beaver" Douglas; sister-in-law Debbie Ownby; nephews and niece David Lewis, Evan Blackman, Conner Blackman (Jessica), Chayce Blackman, Josh Douglas, Lee Douglas, and Ayla Henderson; along with many other extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.

Instead of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to help cover funeral expenses.

A celebration of Gail’s life will be scheduled and shared at a later date.
