Brenda's obituary

Brenda J. Roe, 52, of Nicholasville Kentucky passed away and left her earthly home peacefully on December 29, 2022. She was born on August 17, 1970, the daughter of Mary Willhoite of Nicholasville, KY and Ray Armstrong of Lexington, KY.

Brenda received her GED in Wilmore, KY while being a hard-working mother of two. After being a stay-at-home mom for many years, she later worked as an employee of Walmart and then later went on to work as an in-home care nurse doing what she did best, taking care of someone else. Although in her eyes her greatest accomplishment in life was being a mother. She loved her mama, kids, grandbabies and her Paw Bear more than life itself. She was the best mom, friend and companion that anyone could have asked for.

She had a love for home décor, jewelry and her Longaberger baskets. Although her most precious possessions in life was her family.

She truly was one of a kind. She will be remembered with so much love long after her passing. We will honor her memory by continuing to live life to the fullest. Just as she would have wanted.

She is survived by her mother Mary E. Willhoite, her sister and two brothers, several nieces and nephews. Her husband Roger Roe, her children Marilyn and Lance Lindsey, Dylan Hensley and Joshua Roe. Her grandbabies Easton and Emma Lindsey and Rhett Roe.

Mama, never wanted to be the center of attention, so in respect for her the services will be private for immediate family members only. Anyone wishing to honor Mama are invited to send flowers to her home or donate in her name to the local Animal Shelter in remembrance of her sweet Gracie Girl.
