Brenda Lou Oring, 64, a Lee County, Florida resident for the last three years, formerly of Ashtabula, OH and Brunswick, OH, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2025, in Cape Coral, FL. She was born on September 26, 1960, in Mebane, NC to the late Betty and Richard Lambert.

Brenda attended Christian Life Fellowship in Cape Coral. She spent most of her life in Ohio where majority of family is located. She worked most of her life working on an assembly line in factories. She came to Florida in 2021 to live out her life in a Sunshine state and to do things she always wanted to do. While doing so she found such fulfillment and joy working at Ace Hardware where she absolutely loved what she did and the people she worked with. Her family had witnessed a Happiness and Joy in her that confirmed peace and comfort.

Brenda leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion that will live on forever in the hearts of those she encountered. She had an extraordinary ability to make others feel seen, heard, and valued. Her gentle spirit and unwavering support created a safe space for everyone she met. Whether through a warm hug, a kind word, or a thoughtful gesture. Brenda’s love knew no bounds. She had a unique gift for brightening the darkest days, and her infectious smile was a light to all who knew her.

She was the heart and soul of every room, her genuine care for others shining through in every interaction. Brenda’s love for her family, friends, and even strangers was evident in the way she lived her life- always putting others first, always looking for ways to bring joy and peace.

Brenda leaves behind a legacy that will continue to live on in the hearts of her loved ones. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will remain a guiding light to all those she touched.

She is survived by seven beloved children, Heather Oring of Apple Creek, OH, Will Oring  and Fiancé Crystal Dennis of Punta Gorda, FL, Rick Taylor and wife Erika of Cape Coral, FL, Crystal Taylor of Wellington, OH, Terri Frasher of Lee Co., FL, Codi Kinder of Elyria, OH, Brittany Hamilton of Elyria, OH; three siblings, Lincoln Edmisten and wife Erica of North Ridgeville, OH, Gary Edmisten of Cleveland, OH and Debra Orlik and husband Steven of Ashtabula, OH; 21 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by a brother, Kelly Lotman.
