Brenda Martin Gibson, beloved mother passed away in La Marque, Texas at the age of 82. A devoted mother to Joseph and Lakee Babineaux, her passing has left a void her family cannot fill.

Brenda was born in Crowley, Louisiana to Floyd Martin Sr and Mary Castille Martin. Brenda attended Abraham Lincoln High School and graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont with a Degree in Nursing. She served her community for 36 years before retiring.

Brenda was a loving woman of kindness, integrity and compassion with a wicked sense of humor and a beautiful smile. She left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Brenda is survived by her son Joseph and his wife Sadie. Her daughter Lakee, three granddaughters and a host of nieces and nephews.
