It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Brandon  Vallard Smith, who was also affectionately known as Randy and Dune.  Born on April 8, 1957, he departed this world on December 18, 2024, leaving a void that can never be filled.

Brandon was predeceased by his father, Thomas Richard Smith, his mother, Beverly Jane Forbush Smith and his brother Christopher Forbush Smith. However, his loving spirit and memory live on in those he left behind. His survivors include his devoted wife, Barbara Heibeck, his beloved son, Skylar Smith, and his daughter in law, Rachel Smith and his caring sisters - Kimberly Andreadis, Dorian Lewis, Lisa Smith, Sheridan Smith. Tamelyn Smith and his cherished nieces and nephews; Morgan and Max,  Javi, Chelsea and Katherine and his brothers, Darryl Austin Smith and Thomas Fenwick Smith.

Brandon was known and admired by many for his outstanding qualities. Described as funny, loyal, hard-working, innovative and extremely loving, he was indeed a joy to be around. His committed dedication to his family and warm personality radiated positivity and brought comfort to those around him.

Brandon's life was a testament to the power of resilience, love, and dedication to family. His absence will indeed be felt, but the joy and the love he spread during his time will continue to inspire all who knew him. Rest in peace, Brandon.
