Background
The Halton Hills Professional Firefighters Associations Benevolent Fund raises funds to assist its members and its members families as they navigate difficult times. Firefighters have a much higher chance of being diagnosed with cancer, heart disease and metal illness then the general population due to the nature of their jobs. This fund will help take some of the financial burden off families when they are going through treatment for these diseases.
