Brandon's obituary

It is with profound sadness we share the passing of Brandon Morris who left us too early on August 12, 2023. Born on July 22, 1987, Brandon spent his 36 years on this earth inspiring those around him with his old soul, caring nature, and patient demeanor. His loving mother, Sarah Morris, survives him, bearing his memory with courage.

Brandon had a deep appreciation for timeless art; this was clear in his love for The Beatles' music, a band that has continuously transcended generations with its timeless melodies. He also found comfort in character-driven narratives, his favorite TV show being the heartwarming 'How I Met Your Mother'.

A true admirer of epic sagas, Brandon held a special place in his heart for the 'Star Wars' movies that served as a constant source of inspiration and escapism for him. As a Packers fan, Brandon's love for Green Bay painted a picture of a man who cherished team spirit and resilience in sports. But perhaps his love for competition shone the brightest in his fondness for the game 'Call of Duty' which he played with a zest for strategizing and winning.

When not immersed in his favorite games or movies, Brandon found solace in his recreational pursuits. He enjoyed video games as a form of narrative engagement and also found excitement in shooting guns. He held onto his favorite color, purple, which perfectly encapsulated his regal yet gentle personality.

Brandon was also a lover of travel and exploration. Italy held a special place in his heart as one of his favorite vacation spots; the country's rich history and cultural depth resonating with his curious spirit. Locally, The Union was his preferred spot, serving as a venue for many cherished memories.

In conclusion, Brandon Morris was a man who found joy in his passions, peace in his hobbies, and love in his relationships. To say he will be dearly missed is an understatement. As we mourn his loss, we also celebrate his life, remembering him fondly for the caring, patient old soul that he was. May his memory live on in our hearts forever.  It is never too late to ask for help, if you too are struggling with your mental health please reach out to your loved ones, don’t leave them behind wondering what they could have done differently.
