Your resting place. I drive b…
Your resting place. I drive by there often and think of you every time
Wow it's been a year since you passed. The sting is still strong. I know you tried your best to be the best father you could. I am so sorry for the missed years and phone calls. Had I of known you would leave us so soon. Just know we were there dad. I love you so much.

I love you dad.

I am learning how to live
In a new way
Since that day
You were taken away.

I am learning how to live
With the things left unsaid
Knowing I got to say them
With every tear that I shed.

I am learning how to live
By embracing the pain
Knowing that you live on
Through the memories that remain.

I am learning how to live
Knowing I will never again see your face
And I have peace knowing
You’re in a better place.

I am learning how to live
Knowing you’re in God’s care
It gives me the strength to move on
And makes the pain much easier to bear.

Brad and I were enough years different that I am sure he just considered me to be an annoying little kid. He was the only boy cousin surrounded by us girls. I always remember him being a blast! Cracking jokes, acting silly and his huge laugh. Always the dreamer with big ideas, I pray that some of those dreams came true for him. I do remember the love he had for his girls Kim and Melissa. Thankful that there is no more suffering for him. Brad, be sure to keep laughing. We have a lot of family waiting for you in heaven and they are due for a laugh.

I remember they day you came over,I was crafting with some of my church friends. We were talking about salvation...you asked how it worked,we explained salvation to you. That day you accepted Jesus and new you would someday be in heaven. My most cherished memory of you. You will be missed, but now you rest in the arms of your Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ...
Miss you Brad. Rest In Peace and know your girls were there for you.
