It was over 20yrs ago when I first met Brad.  Representing the Trading initiatives, we were not always aligned with the existing Regulatory sentiment at that time.  I learned how to radically disagree with a smile on my face, and a host of other things from Brad.

He was and will remain a tremendously positive influence, mentor and friend to me and I'm sincerely grateful to have known him.  He was always accommodating, willing to help and available.  I really cannot say enough nor express how much I'm going to miss his advice and counsel.  One of the finest human beings I had the pleasure of knowing.

Brad was the best neighbor and friend to our family. His memory will live on in the heart of our little one who adores him. He will truly be missed. Sending prayers and condolences to the family.
We are so very sorry for your loss. We loved getting to know Brad and all of the family as neighbors and friends. Sending prayers and healing light from our family to yours...  Much love, Bob, Sarice, Jake and Cody Plate.
Brad will be missed, was always incredibly inclusive and innately welcomed people in the friendliest regard.

It was a great pleasure to have known Brad since 1999. We worked on various markets and regulatory related issues, and I always enjoyed working with him, having constructive discussions on various aspects of issues, and still maintaining full mutual respect for each other. He was always polite, professional, generous, and kind to his colleagues and friends. His passing is a great loss to my wife, Mina, me, all of his colleagues, and the people of Texas. Brad was a nice guy who passed away too young. We share our condolences with and wish his family a lot of strength to deal with this great loss.
