Bonnie's obituary
Bonnie L. Burt passed away peacefully with family beside her at Williams Bay Health Services.
Bonnie had the biggest heart. She spent her life caring for others. For over 30 years she dedicated her life to caring for developmentally disabled adults. She worked at Careers and several group homes, including one of her own. Bonnie worked until she physically couldn't anymore. Dementia and loss of strength forced her into retirement.
Bonnie also had a love for animals. She never missed an opportunity to give her grand pups a treat (or two or three 😉).
One wish Bonnie had was to be a great grandma. Before she passed, she was able to enjoy four years with with her great grandsons and a year with her great grand daughter and spoiled them as often as she could.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Tina (Bill) Benser and sons, Rocky and Cyril Burt. Her grand children Dakota (Ben) Zamorski, & Hunter (Katie) Benser. Great grandchildren, Bentley Zamorski, Hudson and Maeve Benser. Sister, Linda Hodges and brother, Mike Halbur. Also, many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to her niece Debbie Badzinski for all she did for Bonnie. Lastly, also survived by many friends.
Bonnie made it very clear she did not want any kind of funeral services. Her family is respecting her wishes. Instead, we will be doing a Celebration of Life at a later date.
