Bogusław Ostrogorski

November 30, 1958 – March 10, 2025

Bogusław Ostrogorski, 66, passed away on March 10, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona. Born in Kraków, Poland, Bogusław immigrated to the States, first settling in Chicago before making Tucson his home.

Bogusław married the love of his life, Lidia Janina Palonek in August, 1982. Together, they shared over four decades of love, laughter, and devotion. Bogusław was a proud and loving father to his son Mariusz, and his daughter, Dorota (Jones). His greatest joy came from being a grandfather to his three beloved grandchildren. Known for his hardworking nature, kindness, and deep dedication to his family, Bogusław found joy in life’s simple pleasures and brought comfort to those around him with his warm sense of humor.

He is preceded in death by his father, Stanisław, and brother, Andrzej. He is survived by his loving wife, Lidia; children, Mariusz and Dorota; and grandchildren, Lincoln (4), Archer (13 months), and Blakely (2 months), as well as his mother, Zofia.

Bogusław’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and many dear friends and colleagues.

A service to honor Bogusław’s life will be held in Tucson at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church (1800 S Kolb Rd.) on Friday, March 28th, at 11am. The family will host a reception following the service near their home in southeast Tucson.
