I was saddened by the news of Bobby’s passing. I knew him in high school and remember him as someone kind and genuine. While I didn’t realize all that he went on to accomplish in his life, it’s clear he made a meaningful impact on so many people. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
My sincere condolences to his family, I have known Bobby for a long time through little league baseball and TR football. He was a great guy! glad I got to talk to him at the last coaches reunion.
Always enjoyed having good conversations over a few cold brews. I knew Bobby in high school and onward to SWTSU for some good times. He was one of the good guys. I will miss him. Peace be with family.
My heartfelt sympathies to Bobby’s family. He was a classmate, teammate and one of my best friends 1963-71 & then beyond HS. He and Eddie Laird sang at my wife Kristy’s & my wedding in ‘74. The years, miles, and busy schedules caused us to lose contact with each other. While I don’t regret not doing social media, I do regret losing contact with Bobby. I’ve thought of him often. I saved a picture from Sep 7, 1965 when we were 12 starting 7th grade. He is standing between me and my brother Bill. Bobby is the only one smiling. May he rest in peace.
