Background
Bobby Cantrell was an outstanding part of the community.. He loved helping others and had a big heart. He was a lifetime member of Pleasant Grove volunteer fire department. Unfortunately Bobby had to have an unexpected open heart surgery and his body just wasn't strong enough to recover. This happened all of a sudden and his family devastated. His family thought everything would be taken care of because him and his wife both was supposed to have life insurance policies. But when the paperwork was pulled out and insurance company called they found out the policy had expired in 2014 and they did not know this and the other policy he did have canceled once he reached the age of 75 so this left the family oweing now not only the hospital bills for his stay but now his full funeral cost. So now this is our (the community's) time to give back to this family for all the hours Mr. Cantrell dedicated with the fire department over the years to help our community. We ask even if you can donate just a penny it's worth it because pennies can stack up like a pot of gold and help this family out tremendously. God bless and thanks for helping show this family love and support from their community.
