Bobbie C. Collins, age 47, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Friday, April 10th, 2020 at Holzer in Gallipolis. She was born January 19th, 1973 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Robert Quillen and the late Alice (McBee) Morgan. Bobbie was a graduate of Heritage High School in Maryville, TN. She enjoyed art and cooking. She is survived by her husband, Earl Collins; daughter, Hannah Banton; father, Robert Quillen; siblings, Crystal (Michael) Parton and John (Thelma) Quillen; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family members. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, David Morgan. No public services will be held. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
