Bob E. Cargal, husband, father, grandfather, and dedicated educator, died on January 15, 2026. Born to Blanche and Ellis Cargal on October 22, 1937 in Warren, Ok, Bob was a kind-hearted, warm soul, who dedicated his life to his community and family. Raised in Blair, Ok, Bob was a standout baseball player at Blair Highschool, ultimately, making All-State as first baseman.
