Blakely Ann Fields, Daughter of Kristen Clock Fields, David and Lori Fields, and sister of Marley Fields, finished this life on April 7, 2023.
Blakely was born in Ozark, Alabama on August 3, 2000. She lived in multiple states including Alabama, North Carolina, Kansas and Florida.
