Blair Lindsay Mackintosh

September 29, 1982 – November 28, 2023

Blair is the daughter of Thomas and Dale Mackintosh and was born September 29th, 1982 at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C. She was raised on Highland Farm in Adamstown, Maryland along with three siblings and many pets over the years. Blair attended The Barnesville School, St John’s at Prospect Hall, and Urbana High School. She continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia graduating in 2006 where she shared many memories and experiences with her beloved cousin Ashleigh M. Carr and many dear lifelong friends throughout her time spent there.

Blair grew up enjoying life on the farm and later playing numerous sports in her youth. From early on Blair had a passion for fashion, music, and the arts that carried on throughout her life. She enjoyed Downtown Frederick, Maryland, and its community. She had a unique sense of humor accompanied by an infectious laugh along with the ability to make dear friends wherever she went. Blair always claimed her greatest accomplishment and the brightest light of her life is her beloved 11-year-old son Zvi Mackintosh who she shares with Austin Nuckols. Blair never failed to let Zvi know how much he was loved, how brave he is, and that she was always extremely proud of him. Zvi will now forever be surrounded with love and memories for all of us to share with him.

Blair is survived by her parents Thomas and Dale Mackintosh, her siblings, sister, Mariel and John Eldridge of Boca Raton, Florida, brother Wiley and Crystal Mackintosh of Adamstown, Maryland and brother Travis Mackintosh and Amelia Weinberg of Frederick, Maryland. Blair treasured her time with her nieces and nephew Dalia and Elora Eldridge of Boca Raton, Florida, and Maddox and Roxy Mackintosh of Adamstown, Maryland. Numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends remain to carry Blair's memory on in their hearts.

There is a new broken link in our family chain and we will love and miss Blair forever.

Please join us as we remember together Blair’s life at a gathering on December 9th, 2023 at Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes 106 E Church Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701 from 12 pm to 3 pm

A private Inurnment at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Frederick, Maryland is planned for the family.
