Blaine M. Lynn born August 16th 1964 passed away Wednesday July 3rd surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his biological mother Annabeth (Montgomery) Lynn and his biological father Jonathan Lynn. His adopted father Samuel Frank. And his eldest son Adam Lynn.
