We mournfully announce the passing of Billy "Bill" Ray Spivey, 69, of Bedford, TX. Billy passed away on April 01, 2023 peacefully in his home.
Bill was born to Albert Ray Spivey and Virginia Gary Spivey, on April 17, 1953 in Sonora, Texas.
Bill attended L.D. Bell High School in Hurst, Texas and went on to attend Tarrant County Jr. College, pursuing a degree in photography.
