Billy Don Pate, 76, passed away on the 4th day of March, 2018, at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Bill was born on February 28, 1942, in Leachville, Arkansas, to Bernice “Bud” and Hazel Sneed Pate.
