Background
Billy had fought cancer 2 yrs ago and won the battle. In May 2020 he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Liver and Throat Cancer. He went under chemo for 4 months but it had spread so chemo wasn't working. Two weeks later he was admitted into the hospital. The doctors told us there was nothing else they could do. He never got to come home. A week later he passed away. He was on disability and had no life insurance. The burial is going to have to come out of pocket. He had never been married or had children. The only living relative is a sister. She needs help and no one will help since we are not his spouse or children. We do not have but a few more days the morgue will keep him. Then the state takes over.
