Billy Wayne Blankenship passed away on August 17, 2020 at Mercy Medical Center in Sutherlin, Oregon. Billy was born on July 5, 1940, in Weleetka, Oklahoma to Odessa and Gene Blankenship. Billy grew up in many little towns in Oklahoma for the next nine years until settling in Wewoka for the next 13 years. In
