Billie Kerwin, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away in Long Beach, California on April 25th, 2020 following a battle with COVID. Billie was born in North Dakota on July 28th 1929. She moved to California with her family during World War II. Billie was a member of the Lutheran Resurrection Church of Long Beach, an avid singer, and an active participant in choir there. She loved to paint, and was a compassionate and vibrant human …
