Bill was very close friend and my neighbor he hired me to take care of his little dog Ruby that he loved very much he was a very nice and cool friend and neighbor to have around and I just wanted to say I am going to miss us laughing and joking around and we were always contact when ever we need to help each other out I will be very much missed but he will always will not be forgotten my condolences and prayers are with you Jackie Phillips
