Bill Kemboi Kimitei was diagnosed with Raptured Brain Aneurysm and succumbed to this condition on 1/21/2021. Bill hails from Iten, Kenya but resided in Norfolk VA. He was a student at the University of Central Arkansas and later transferred to Norfolk State University.

Bill will be laid to rest at his home Iten, Kenya.
