Taking me to the book store to buy a huge stack of art books. Just because I showed interest in Art .
Offering to take me in when my Dad left.
Thank you for always holding my hand. I wish I could hold your hand one more time.

Beyla and Rex, I am crying at the thought of you being separated from each other. Your love and devotion was always uplifting.
Rex, you and Beyla were the kindest neighbors anyone could wish for. Even though you both had physical struggles, you were always looking out for others. When I was unable to care for my little dog, you helped by transporting her to doggie boarding and by picking up groceries for me. Daily, you both shared your love for each other with every one around you.
Your deep affection for each other supported you through so many medical crises that would have crushed others, yet you still enthusiastically nourished and cherished your family and friends.
Miranda, thank you for the lovely site honoring your mother-in-law. Beyla and Rex always spoke highly of your computer skills.
Beyla, you and Rex will always be role models for all of us to share compassion for others despite our own struggles. You leave so many lovely memories for all of us.

Con profundo dolor y amor en el corazón, despedimos a mi tia Beyla, una mujer excepcional que dejó una huella imborrable en todos los que tuvimos el privilegio de conocerla.
Fue mucho más que una madre ejemplar, una esposa amorosa, una abuela incondicional y una amiga leal. Fue una guerrera incansable, una mujer que enfrentó cada adversidad con valentía, fe y una sonrisa que iluminaba incluso los días más oscuros.
Su vida fue un ejemplo de lucha, esperanza y positivismo. Nos enseñó que no hay obstáculo que no se pueda superar cuando el corazón está lleno de amor y determinación. Cada paso que dio fue guiado por su deseo de cuidar, apoyar y motivar a quienes la rodeaban.
Hoy su ausencia deja un vacío profundo, pero su legado de fortaleza, ternura y alegría vivirá para siempre en nuestras memorias y en cada rincón donde su energía dejó luz.
Descansa en paz, querida tía Beyla. Tu espíritu seguirá vivo en cada abrazo, en cada sonrisa, y en cada acto de amor que sembraste a lo largo de tu vida.
