Beverly Ann Payne was born in King William County, VA to Frederick and Hazeltine Hillyer. She was preceded in death by both parents, her brothers Bill and Robert, sister Jane, and beloved nephew Freddy.
Ann moved to Dallas in 1967 for a 2 year work assignment and never left. On July 1, 1967, Ann married James Payne at Park Cities Baptist Church. Ann and Jim were blessed with …
