Age 82 of Elkton, Md passed away Monday, July 2, 2012 at her home. Born in Wilmington, DE on August 16, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Howard and Georgia (Sweetman) Wingard. After graduating from William Penn High School she went to work for Brosius & Eliason Lumber Co. as a dispatcher until marriage and family.
