Betty Kirby Martin, age 76, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 26th, 2022, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC surrounded by friends and family.

She was born June 13th, 1945 in Baltimore, Maryland to Willard Earl Kirby and Velver Mae Creeson-Kirby.

Betty will forever be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. Betty enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved to talk, garden, plant flowers, spend time with her family, and try new things, go new places, and try new recipes. 

Betty is survived by her daughter, Michelle Martin-Harris, son-in-law, Dustin Harris, granddaughter, Alizabeth Martin, granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Kirby Marshall and Kealan Wright, great-granddaughter, Macey Wright, and unborn great-grandson, Kouver Wright
